We are seeking a motivated Research Associate to support the COPE-BP project (Community Pharmacies managing hypertension: intervention development and evaluation in Bangladesh and Pakistan). The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary and multi-institutional program and will oversee various aspects of the project’s research and implementation.
About the COPE-BP Project:
The COPE-BP project (Community-Pharmacies managing hypertension: intervention development and evaluation in Bangladesh and Pakistan) aims to develop and evaluate a community pharmacy-based intervention for improving blood pressure control among low-income urban residents in Bangladesh and Pakistan. The project involves developing a multi-component intervention, assessing its feasibility through a cluster randomized controlled trial, and conducting process and cost-effectiveness evaluations to inform potential scalability and sustainability. This initiative is a collaboration with the University of York, UK, and other partners.
