Joynal Abedin is currently a Finance & Administrative Manager at ARK Foundation. Mr. Abedin is a Part-Qualified Cost and Management Accountant from the Institute of Cost and Management Accountants of Bangladesh (ICMAB). He is a results-driven and self-motivated financial manager with proven expertise in preparing financial reports, budgets, controlling costs, and conducting variance analyses. These skills ultimately provide key financial data, support, and reporting to assist in critical project decisions. He possesses excellent communication skills and is adept at building strong relationships both within and outside the finance department, as well as effectively communicating financial information to non-finance colleagues. Additionally, he has strong financial control and reporting skills, ensuring that all statutory and project obligations are thoroughly met.

Before joining this organization, Joynal Abedin worked in the finance and accounts departments of various organizations. He handled a range of responsibilities, such as overseeing all aspects of financial control within the business, producing monthly management accounts, budgets, forecasts, and tax and VAT returns. He also presented monthly results, budget variances, and ad-hoc analyses. Furthermore, he was involved in business planning, profit and loss (P&L) management, balance sheet preparation, and liquidity planning.
