Md. Hasnat Tamim has been working in Development and Research sector since 2005. At the beginning of his career he worked with NTP and Graduate Doctors along with Tuberculosis Patients in urban area through Public Private Partnership Project. After that he implemented several types of long projects such as TB in Workplace, STIs and HIV in Bangladesh, Quality DOTS, Quality Assessment in smear sputum microscopy at a district level, Stigma and discrimination associated with TB, Smoke Free Homes Project, improving effectiveness of the primary health care (PHC) through Community Clinics (CCs) in rural Bangladesh: A Cluster Randomised Controlled Trial, Improving effectiveness of diagnosis and treatment of diabetes, cardiovascular diseases (CVD). After joining of ARK Foundation, he was involved to implement a Project For Quit Smoking: A Drug Trial based RCT Project on TB patients in Narayangonj General Hospital, Community Solution to Antimicrobial Resistance (COSTAR) Project in Cumilla District. And currently working in Quit 4 TB Project which is a Randomised Controlled Trial Project.
