Priashis Basak has been working as the Assistant Manager (Finance) at ARK Foundation. He is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with over 15 years of proven, full-time experience in financial management, accounting and compliance. He holds an MBS degree from Tejgaon College under the National University and has completed CA (CC) from JR Chowdhury & Co., along with passing the Knowledge Level from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB), one of the country’s top professional bodies.
Throughout his career, He has worked with a diverse range of private companies, social enterprises, and national NGOs, gaining comprehensive expertise in Accounts, Finance, Corporate Affairs, Internal Audit, VAT and Taxation. He possesses strong capabilities in budget preparation and monitoring, financial reporting and analysis, internal controls, fund management, procurement, inventory and asset management, as well as project-based financial oversight and capacity building.
He is also highly skilled in staff supervision and committed to professional excellence, with a proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks accurately and efficiently.
