Responsibilities

• Coordinate the day-to-day planning, scheduling and implementation of project activities across the work plan's strategies and objectives;
• Act as the project's primary liaison with the National Board of Revenue (NBR), the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare (MOHFW) and other government counterparts (Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Industry, Ministry of Commerce, Bangladesh Food Safety Authority), scheduling bilateral consultations and following up between meetings to keep relationships active throughout the project;
• Coordinate the multisectoral technical working group and the National Board of Revenue's pre-budget stakeholder consultations, ensuring government representatives receive timely briefing materials and that agreed follow-up actions are tracked to completion
• Maintain a stakeholder engagement log and influence-interest map for key government, academic and civil-society contacts, and flag relationship risks or disengagement to the Project Leader
• Maintain and regularly update the project work plan, activity tracker and monitoring records to keep activities on schedule and within scope
• Support the Project Leader in preparing narrative and financial progress reports, meeting minutes and other deliverables required by the donors
• Assist in coordination of designated public-awareness and communications activities, including educational campaigns in academic institutions
• Maintain project documentation, correspondence and records in an organized and accessible manner
• Track project risks, obstacles and mitigation actions, and flag delays or challenges to the Project Leader in a timely manner
• Support compliance with NGO Affairs Bureau (NGOAB) requirements and donor grant conditions
• Perform other project coordination duties as assigned by the Project Leader and Project Coordinator
