About Me
Abdullah Muhammad Rafi is the Research Uptake and Communication Manager at ARK Foundation Bangladesh, where he leads strategic communications and stakeholder engagement initiatives across a range of public health programmes. Working at the intersection of public health, research, and policy, he collaborates with governments, universities, and international partners to translate evidence into policy and practice, with a focus on urban health, health systems strengthening, and equitable healthcare.

Drawing on a background in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of Dhaka, Abdullah's work centers on evidence-informed policymaking, research uptake, and the role of institutions in advancing better health outcomes. His areas of expertise include stakeholder engagement, knowledge translation, strategic communications, and the development of pathways that bridge research and impact.

Outside of his professional work, Abdullah is committed to advancing equity, social inclusion, and the rights of marginalized communities, and is interested in the intersections of health, governance, and social justice.
