Let’s lookback at the impactful contributions from ARK Foundation researchers at the International Conference on Urban Health (ICUH) 2025, representing Bangladesh and sharing insights from local urban health experiences which continue to inform inclusive and equitable urban health conversations worldwide.
ARK Foundation has participated in different segments at the ICUH 2025, Wellington, New Zealand. An oral presentation on ‘From Intervention to Impact: A Qualitative Process Evaluation of a NCD Intervention to Strengthen Urban Resilience in Urban Dhaka City’, authored by our Senior Research Assistant, Nabila Binth Jahan, was accepted at the conference.
The presentation shared qualitative insights on how digital tools and system-level interventions are shaping non-communicable disease care in Dhaka’s urban health facilities. It highlighted both the opportunities and challenges of implementing scalable, equitable NCD interventions in urban primary healthcare settings.
